Cancellation Policy
If you wish to change or cancel a confirmed appointment, please inform at least 24 hours before the confirmed appointment time. This will allow time for other clients to consider the time slot and schedule to be managed optimally.
​For last minute notification of change or cancellation:-
Less than 24 hours from confirmed appointment time, cancellation fees of SGD50 (or equivalent) for the booked appointment shall apply.
